02 — The process
Phase 01

Air

Most ventures begin with incomplete information: a hunch, a deck, a domain name. We find out quickly whether there is a real problem underneath, using interviews, rough prototypes, and clear criteria for stopping.

Output → A validated problem, or a fast no

Phase 02

Form

We turn the idea into something people can use. Brand, product, and go-to-market move together in short cycles, with every release designed to teach us something.

Output → A live product, first paying users

Phase 03

Set

When people keep coming back, we help build what comes next: the team, the system, and the round. Then we step back as the company takes over.

Output → Retention, a hiring plan, and a business ready for its next round

03 — Investment

We see more than the deck. We see the product, the customer calls, the retention, and the hard weeks. By the time we invest, we know what we’re backing because we’ve helped build it.

We work with a small number of ventures each year. Some start with us from zero. Some arrive with a rough idea and leave with a company. In every case, we stay close until there is something real to build on.
